"The Aqua Hot thermostat housing on our Corporate Freightliner FCCC American Eagle Coach (I work for Freightliner) cracked and a major coolant leak ensued causing an elevated engine temp and the "low coolant" dash warning light to illuminate. The receptionist Melissa was very nice and professional and scheduled Tom to come out to the RV Resort we were at in PCB, FL to repair the coach. Tom arrived the next morning as scheduled and repaired the motor coach so we could make it back home to South Carolina. Everyone at American RV was very nice and the repair cost was reasonable and fair. American RV gets a 5-Star rating and I recommend them to anyone!"

"Everything about this company has been A+. Darrel has completed several jobs for quickly and does a great work. He is always willing to answer questions and help. There have been a couple things that were operator error on my part and he showed me how to do it the correct way or has just fixed it himself at no additional charge. Melissa handles the phones and is just as great as Darrel. She responds quickly and has always been a pleasure to work with. This company is worth the experience."

He needs to be recognized for his honesty and consideration for people in our community. He's not trying to rip you off. Took pictures on roof and showed issues and completed work. Don't waste time on big box rv service. He is mobile so no aggravation to get to service. He will save you time and money. Plus he's got a great sense of humor and is a stand up guy. "My air conditioner went out called 3 places they are the only one that called me back and sent Daryl out after he finished a job at 10 p.m. Daryl is a great tech and knows what he is doing. Had to get a new unit in and came out and replaced old one. I am so thankful for this company and how they responded to our needs.
