"I want to give a big shout out to Mark and Michelle. My car broke down while on a weekend trip from Ohio and my car broke down. The rental car company was closed so they gave me a loaner for the weekend and on Monday got me a rental. They had no budget left to get me a rental but knew I had to get home. They were so kind and accommodating even when I was not so nice and putting my frustration on them.
