"Charged me 160$ for a 80$ battery the car didn’t need and just hooked a wire up to the battery I didn’t catch. Total bill almost 300$ Do not go here ever! Shady $$$$$$$$$$$"

"If I could give them zero stars, I would. Took our car car in with 1 issue, overheating. When we got our car back it had 17 problems, a fact based on hooking it up to 1 of those car code reader before and after usa motors. Plus our car was broken into and our $200 socket set was stolen and now our trunk won't close. If you want more problems with your car and like to be stolen from this is the perfect place to take your car. But if you love your car and hate thieves, I highly recommend you stay far away from this shop."

"Did not fix the car which was overheating. Brought it back because they failed to fix the problem and left my windshield wipers unplugged. Also they let someone break into my car and steal my wrench set and baseball bat. Upon bringing the car back, they again said they fixed it. I drove it a few miles and it overheated again. This was after I paid them $800 for a water pump and thermostat. Their attitude about the theft was, too bad, we are not responsible. They are terrible, and I would not recommend them for anything."

"Supposed to get the front axle rebuilt and a bunch of maintenance stuff, instead he replaced my already new wheel hubs. Truck sat for months with nothing being done. I tried to pay for parts multiple times. I was told he had everything a month later he calls and said he's waiting for me to pay so he can order the parts. After 8 months of excuses I picked it up, missing 5 lug nuts, 1 locking hub, and all the brake calipers siezed from sitting so long. Fixing his screwups will cost me about $1500 all in. He'll lie to your face and not so the work he's paid to do. Good luck dealing with this guy."

"My 2016 Dodge Ram would not start and was stalled out at the Lowe's down the road in Defuniak Springs. I was somehow able to get it started, but was then afraid to turn off the motor, for fear it would not start. I came by to see Tom and his sons at USA Motors. They saw I was from out of town and needed help, and dropped everything and did their diagnostics, and determined it was the battery. Within 30 minutes or so, they had me up and running. They were a true godsend, and took great care of me. They were friendly, straight up, and honest. If anyone needs a good mechanic in Walton Cty, USA Motors in Defuniak Springs is where you need to go. Great guys, really appreciate them. There is no question that their knowledge and integrity is beyond question."
