"First impression was I stood in front of counter for a while and no one stopped to help with 2 people standing at the entry door. When I asked for help the person was looking around to see if anyone else was available and didn't find anyone, so she helped me. I needed a bulb for a clearance light and you would have thought I asked for a part from a 1966 Hemi Charger. The store manager (guessing) finally showed took about 20 seconds and handed me the light. A little discouraging that this item was a curve ball."
