I thought it could have been because of the recent cold weather but, Mr. Ralph checked it out for me and discovered it was a nail. He and Mr. Tom were able to get it repaired and the service desk was so helpful to allow me to pay upfront, schedule me in, and give me a ride back to work with their shuttle service.
