The people who run this shop are amazing. Great communication, excellent work and customer service. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days but these guys are a breath of fresh air after dealing with other unscrupulous shops."

"Best service and even better people! I’m in this area for a little while and needed to get my wife’s Mercedes Benz GLE450 B Service done. I had priced this service at the local dealership in Arkansas & here in Pensacola and as expected, any service on her car is expensive. Next available appt, over a month from now in Arkansas & Pensacola. (Yes, that’s after selecting just an oil change.) B Service would START at $750-800 at either place. So since we’ll be driving back and forth for the holidays, we’ve got to find somewhere. Thank God my wife searched and found Pensacola Imports! For a fraction of the cost, literally less than 1/2 of the least quoted by the others, I got her vehicle serviced within the same week! (Day before Thanksgiving in fact.) The honest, integrity, & overall REAL humanistic nature of the owners is what all businesses should model!
