"I’ve been to a few take 5 locations but this is by far the best one in the Pensacola area and arguably better than the ones back home in Georgia. "Okay, I usually have pretty good experiences. This time was not the best but not the worst. When we pulled up, there were three cars. It took 30 minutes to get to a station, which is really good time! However, when we got to our spot, the guy in charge of my oil change disappeared. I believe he was the manager. He had an important call, that’s what the other staff said. We waited a good 45 minutes with no one looking at my car. They were severely understaffed and the people on the floor looked stressed. Everyone was very kind regardless. However, when I get some help, the woman was amazing. The only down side is I came for an oil change when I didn’t even need it because the last person who did mine didn’t explain the sticker properly. He was fired, per the amazing mechanic. Overall, the people were nice and super helpful and kind. I do, however, have an issue with the lack people and the amount of stress these guys were under. They were working their butts off. I do however feel the manager should have delegated his team better to better service both stations he had open. I waited a little too long to get any answers as to why he disappears. All he gave was “I’ll be right back” and never reappeared. I’d give lower stars but the floor people were too good to disgrace them with less than four star. I gotta give the benefit of the doubt. It’s usually amazing."
