"I called about getting an alternator replaced he said he can't do it for 3 weeks and said if I already bought the alternator he won't work on it anyway and hung up. I called back and asked him if he supplied the alternator if he would be able to work on it in 3 weeks. He repeated If the alternator I supplied was bad he didn't want to deal with it and hung up again. I was confused if he didn't understand I would let him buy the parts instead of me supplying them. I called again to verify If he could or could not work on my car then he would not answer. Even though he is my neighbor I will never use his business! He's beyond unprofessional and extremely rude!"

He will let you know what does and doesn't need to be done. He will try to work with you on the resolution of you cars problems with out breaking you but still trying to keep his business going. He tries to remember your name and not just view you as a bill pay. He's worked hard to establish his reputation and has been successful in doing so. And he knows what he's doing.
