"If there was such a thing as ten stars that's what I would give Dean's. The entire staff treats you like family from the moment you walk through the door. Adria was very knowledgeable on their large selection of products and aided me to select what would work best for my needs. I chose Hi-Macs solid surface countertops with a full height backsplash in the kitchen and a bathroom vanity top of the same material. Sadie always kept me informed of where we were in the receiving/scheduling process. The install guys were prompt, thorough and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything. To say I am very pleased with the end product and Dean's is a vast understatement. Look wherever you want but you won't find a better business to deal with than Dean's."

"Had the opportunity to work with the fine folks at Dean's Kitchen and Bath recently and the experience was beyond 5 star!! Sadie and the other office team members could not have been more pleasant and professional when lining up the measure and the install :) The chap who did the measure for our kitchen counters also very congenial and professional. Our installer's name was Jonathon and he did an amazing job!! He and his cohort brought all the goods up to the sixth floor of the condo without a problem and then set up for the install...very clean...very professional...very friendly and answered all my questions about the process and the care of the new countertops!! The measure was bit tight on the stove so Jonathon buffed a tiny bit off each end of the countertop and the stove slid in perfectly :) Thanks to Jonathon, Sadie and the rest of the team for a terrific experience throughout the entire process!! I would highly recommend this company without any reservation!!"

"The bad reviews are well deserved, I learned the hard way. I purchased counter tops for my kitchen from Home Depot and they subcontracted to Dean's. They scraped up my kitchen walls in 2 areas trying to install the new countertops. They also scratched the tile floor in front of the stove where the dragged it out without cardboard under it! Very unprofessional. Going back and forth with them afterwards to get them to make the needed repairs or compensate me was a hassle (would not return email or voice mail). And Home Depot was no help. They said "these things happen and damage can occur". What a joke. There are many counter top companies in the Pensacola area - steer clear of Dean's Kitchen and Bath and steer clear of Home Depot. Incompetent sums it up."
