"Installed our flooring over a year ago, found about a dozen small, but fixable issues… Called twice over 3 months to have these issues fixed , and was told we’d get a call back for an appointment. Year later and still no call or any type of motivation to fix the issues we found. Was also told we’d be left with an extra box of flooring (which we diddnt ask for but still wasn’t done) Here’s a pic showing an example of how our floor is coming up after installation. Left buckets of glue outside for us to clean up as well."
"Worked quickly and did an excellent job. Would have rated 5 stars, but an hour after a scheduled appointment with a no-show crew, I called only to find out they wouldn't be making the appointment. A courtesy call would have been nice."

"my honest opinion. ok service, beautiful flooring, the flooring could have been put in better we have 1 to 1/2 inch gaps from the wall where the flooring should have started. we don't usually pay for service till end of service just in case something else needs to be done but was i felt hassled by an older gentleman, over all the colors are great but for almost 3 grand??? service and installation of product could be way better. then i get a bill in the mail for a $100 dollars stating he came back finished the Whole bathroom, when he came back and finished 1 foot of flooring behind toilet."
