"Incredibly rude lady in the printing shop. Completely clueless, yet talked to me as if I was the incompetent one. So odd, because everyone else here has been overly friendly everytime ive been in. After the 3rd snide comment, I elected to go elsewhere. I knew, without question, she would butcher my order based off the competence she demonstrated in our short, unpleasant interaction. ✌️"

"Excellent customer service. I purchased two desks and a chair. One desk wasn’t in stock, so the manager had it shipped to my house and I didn’t pay anything for shipping. I assembled one desk and the instructions made it easy. The store was clean, the employees helpful and knowledgeable, and the sale allowed me to get two desks for the price of one. Even Amazon couldn’t beat the price!"

"Went yesterday 9/18/2023 and needed a headset for work, while trying to get help from the cashier, she seemed very uninterested in providing me help and just point Ted to her manager and said there is my manager go ask him and he was on the other side of the building helping someone else, and then when the manager came to the front he told me the type of device I needed to make my computer Bluetooth for the headset I wanted to know where it was, he said hold on and started helping someone behind me so I go look myself for the piece and he eventually brings it to me and I said where are these located and he said that the only one we have, and never told me where they were located. It was horrible customer service and they did not make me feel welcomed at all. Not to mention when I’m checking out the cashier take the cc machine and declines the protection instead of asking me if I wanted it, I was hold on ma’am I want that protection on my device. I will not return"
