"The manager there is very rude and very short. She had me crying by the time I left, did not wanna accommodate me at all and was wearing an outfit where showed her tummy and it was really really inappropriate and actually was snickering as I was leaving I did not appreciate it. I do not enjoy going to the Claires because they don’t ever honor what they say they’re gonna do. I am very upset with them. They always have the things I want there, but they’re never nice and I’ve come there multiple times I spent money."
"On a whim today I wanted to get my ears pierced. Quiana was so helpful! She was calm, cool and collected when I was a nervous wreck. Also, helped me pick out my best option and I absolutely love it. I left giddy with excitement. 5 STARS FOR QUIANA!"
"Came today, Sunday 8/27, at 5:30pm and it’s closed. Hours on google and on the door say they close at 6pm. Also stopped by a couple weeks ago on a Thursday at 5pm and they were closed. Is this location permanently shut down? The store looks fully stocked. Called the number from google and it just rings and rings, no answer."
"I've shopped at this Claire's for years and never have I had a serious issue. Today definitely changed that. I placed an online order around 3:30 and showed up there at 6:35, So a little over a half hour until closing at 7:00. The email's order fulfillment estimate is 2 hours, so I show up much past that point. Keep in mind its a weekday and I'm sure it can't be that busy in a small store to not fulfill an order. Upon arrival to the store, we assumed it was closed because it was locked. The woman in charge (I'll presume manager) of the store unlocked the door for us and another person whom I guess had been waiting longer. The waiting woman apologized for showing up only so long before closing, the manager insisted it's fine and that she only locked the door to use the restroom. Upon entering the store, I grabbed the things from my order and figured it wasn't the end of the world if I just grabbed the things I ordered and showed her my confirmation and order number for it all. I work in retail and have had more professional responses and definitely a better attitude than the woman had at this assumption. She glared at me and said that wasn't how online orders worked and made me put the things back. She proceeded to ignore us for several minutes while loudly and rudely packing up my order herself and purposely grabbing ones I hadn't grabbed. She then told me I had to wait for the email probably hoping I'd leave since at that point there was only about 10 minutes left of the store being opened. I ended up hanging around so she just gave me my things after asking for my ID. She warned me to next time wait for the email, but her condescending tone was absolutely infuriating and even when I thanked he earnestly for my things she still just barely acknowledged me and frankly, I really wasn't appreciating her attitude. There's much more polite ways to explain or speak to someone. I've had plenty of positive experiences with other employees at this location but this was a big game changer, she's been mildly rude in the past but today really took it away. It's the same larger, older and rude black woman manager that everyone else has mentioned. I do believe she should be fired if she can't tolerate being at her own job."
