"Appt 0830 Arrived 0700 One truck in front of me Door 0830 Out 0930 Workers were polite let me use bathroom. Room for 1 truck to park in front of the gate overnight. Pretty tight in back but doable for seasoned drivers. Newbies will have issues. After unload to get out can pull up and get into the spot by the left of you which will give you enough room to jacknife it around so as to exit correctly nose first. Room for other trucks in the middle lane of the road in front of building to wait... could possible sleep there. Staff arrived at about 0730... this was a sunday."

"I called from the service station 1.5 hours before appointment. 1.5 hours after appointment time they let me go to their location. Total 3 hours after appointment time their product was unloaded. The guy ahead of me said he waited 9 hours last week! Plan to spend time waiting. I'm glad my company pays detention. Overall, they were friendly. Maybe they overbooked? They only have 1 dock for unloading."
