She was super knowledgeable regarding the products I was looking for and the purposes for which I intended on using them. My visit however, was almost ruined at checkout by another advisor/manager name Layla, whom didn’t even ask me if I had a phone number and when asked for her to verify my account to ensure my purchase qualified towards my rewards system, her communication and response was un-enthusiastic, her body language was cold and It made me almost walk out of the store without making a purchase simply because of her overall energy at the checkout.
