"CAUTION! completely unresponsive customer service. Ordered approx. $350 worth of caviar when it arrived it turned out that the “lesser” Huckelback caviar was spoiled with a strong mildew and musty taste. Several emails and phone calls produced no response and we ended up throwing out $180 worth of caviar. In other words you are on your own. For us they are on the no go list and we had been retail customers for 15 years."
