"I bought Tiny In October (4 month old Guinea Pig) I asked the gender and was Told She was a "He" but found out last week she was pregnant, Luckily she is always fed well and i wanted puppies, though more help could have been given when I called yesterday in fear that something was wrong as she was done with labor, just crying and also was notifying the store of the misgendering. I understand a vet is who I should console but, originally i was told false information, so i could not prepare if something would have gone wrong. She could have died. I am a first-time owner. Still thankful, but better customer service and just a little help to a new guinea pig owner from the manager would have sufficed."

"I hate to say anything negative in a review, but the small mammals were being kept in plastic drawers within the bathroom. All of the rats were completely coated with feces, and nobody will ever take the time to wipe them down with a rag or anything. Staff were nice but come on y’all"

"This is my favorite go-to location as other locations tend to be out of stock or don't carry the items I need. There's a great selection of toys, food and treats for my growing puppy (he's almost a year old). There's also a decent number of supplies for other pets such as tropical fish, which I used to have. If I decide to take up my fish hobby, this location will be my first stop. The staff are friendly and competent although they can be noticeably minimal at times. It's nothing against them, but rather, the scheduling they're subjected to. The actual location is a challenge as you can only come in and out in one direction and it's very near to the Sunrise/U.S. 1 intersection."
