"If I could give it no stars I would. The deli is horrible. Everyone is super slow and always talking about their personal things. It took over 30 minutes to get a basic Italian sub put together because the lady kept stopping to talk and kept complaining. And ordering online is terrible. The person making the subs can't even get it right even when it is written out for them. I was told my the lady that they don't have white Italian bread that they have always done their subs in cuban bread yet a few weeks ago it was on Italian bread. I understand giving everyone a chance to work but certain areas need fast, alert and people who understand."
"Only in Hialeah. When the managers don't even know that they use their own (PUBLIX) mayonnaise for the sandwiches,and it is for sale if the customer ask for it. I was told that they don't sell it when all other stores display it for sale. They need a little more training in getting to know their own products. This store is definitely not to Publix standards."
"Super large with a beauty salon and huge pharmacy. Plus a small eating area for consuming prepared food. Plenty of check out lanes."
