"bogo not honored on receipt. Didn’t realize till I got home due to opting for online receipts. Always get receipt in person so you can check for accuracy. Can’t reach them via phone. This Feels fraudulent."

"Visit the store in Sunday 12/3/2023 at 3:35 pm . Asked for chicken tenders at the deli and they didn’t have any available. The clerk said about 10 minutes they will have some ready. We waited 15 minutes and they said again that they will be ready in 15 minutes… we never left the counter so it means they either don’t track the time or forgot to set them. I was buying more products but got so tired of waiting that returned all products back. Not sure how this department lost track of the products. Staff was nice as usual but store failed to have products ready for the customers. We had a few customers waiting for the same reason"

"This Publix is usually packed, but the lines aren't ridiculously long or slow. The staff is considerate and does a great job even when the store is completely packed. The managers here take pride in their sections, and I'm glad to be a patron of this store."

"I recently purchased creamer from your store on September 28, 2023, with an expiration date of September 2023. I haven’t opened it yet, but upon realizing the imminent expiration, I requested a replacement. Unfortunately, my preferred brand wasn’t available, so I asked for a refund of $4.00. The cashiers declined, citing uncertainty about the card used for the purchase, even though the cost is only $4.00. I would appreciate a resolution to this matter. I lived in the area for over 30 years before the was even opened."
