"Before I ordered a tequeño from the lady working at the cash register I watched how she was counting cash and handling coins with her gloves. Then she proceeded to grab the tequeño I asked for with the same gloves she used to handle cash and that she rubbed on the back of her pants. I politely asked for another tequeño and for her to change her gloves before touching my food. I was yelled at in Spanish and was told that I don’t understand what they’re doing. I am saddened by this experience and told them this before I left because I want to support local businesses but won’t be disrespected the way I was. I hope others have more positive experiences here in the future. Also, their food isn’t even good. Like I said, I had been going to this market to support them."

"The service here is atrocious. I’ve been in twice, out of convenience to buy caffeine in my building. Once in the evening. None of the three ladies said a word to me. No “hello”, no “your total is …”, no “thank you.” I went again in the morning, thinking maybe it was just an “off” night. Nope, same exact service. This is located in my building and I would rather have these items delivered to me, than ever walk in there again. Terrible."

"This review is referring to the location in Brickell at the Skyline. There isn’t a specific google page for that location… The store is convenient, but the one employees, Fatima, is rude and unpleasant. No eye contact, does not respond when you say “hello” “how are you” “good morning”, makes you feel bad for asking her to prepare what you asked for. It’s her job lol Full of excuses and complaints. When she is there, I recommend you come back another time unless it’s to grab something from the fridge or shelves."
