"Firstly there is a lack of respect and lack of hospitality here. Better to use your money elsewhere. You enter and they don't even show your face, you have to stand looking around so that they finally attend to you. One speaks to the ladies and they continue with their conversation as if they were deaf. After sitting down, you take your 5-year-old child to the little park, say good afternoon, and then they try to charge a 5-year-old child $15 to enter... and proceed to tell the customer that nothing is free... okay, really. Things look bad... the food is honestly not worth it, they have lost our business from now on. Quick translation- First off, there’s a lack of respect and hospitality is nonexistent here, you might as well circle the block and spend your money elsewhere. You walk in and no one acknowledges you, you have to stand around looking lost before someone approaches to “welcome” you. You try speaking to the lady at the register but she pretends she doesn't hear you and proceeds to engage in conversation with her coworker. Upon finding a seat, I take my 5 year old son to their little park and greet the man up front, buddy stands up and tries charging me $15 to let my kid run around and as I walk away he tells me in Spanish, “nothing is free here”… okay, business is apparently booming lol… food is honestly average tbh they've lost our business from here on out.
