"It all depends which Claire's we are talking about. The associate I talked to in the International mall was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The associate I dealt with in the Citrus Park mall was reluctantly helpful and didn't seem like she wanted to be at work. The associate I dealt with at the Westshore mall sounded very annoyed, like she didn't want to work, but she was also the only one that mentioned the "buy one, get one" sale they had. I purchased something from the Citrus Park and Westshore locations. BTW I visited all 3 stores in one day so this was not seperate dates where it could be that circumstances and feelings would have been different. Based on associate interaction the International Mall seemed to have more welcoming helpful people that enjoy working there. Overall the merchandise at each store is the same but only the Westshore location had the earrings I was looking for in stock (despite the website saying Citrus Park also had them in stock). Overall I generally have a good experience when I visit a Claire's store."

"Absolutely stunned by the horrendous customer service here. I asked an employee a simple question about getting pierced and the girl just angrily stared at me and nodded as an answer (as if how dare I ask her a question!). I asked a few more questions trying to get to get a real answer and got the same nod every time. I was beginning to think maybe she was deaf??? FINALLY she asks (clearly annoyed) if I wanted to get a piercing right now and when I said yes, she rolled her eyes!! I left and got my piercing done at Lovisa, also in the mall, and much better service and pricing. Stay clear of Claire’s. And to this girl, check your attitude. It’s embarrassing."
