"This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had when it comes to purchasing new tires. After being quoted almost $700 at Tuffy, we went online to Discount Tire’s website, viewed tires they currently had in stock, calculated the out the door price and made our way to the nearest store. Went in very confident and was met with a smiling face, a young man named Brandon. We explained what we needed, and even showed him the screenshot of the specific tires we wanted. He was so accommodating, and has exceptional customer service skills. Quite honestly, every employee there is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They completed the change in a timely manner, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We really want to commend the teamwork between the entire staff, as they all seemed to genuinely enjoy their place of employment. That is a great work culture. And the manager, he works just as hard as his staff, as we watched him run back and forth helping each person, all while attending to customers needs/concerns. This is a great location. I highly recommend."

"Highly recommend! I ordered tires and scheduled an appointment last night for install today. I arrived 30 minutes early expecting it to be busy. Checked in and they told me I should be wrapped up and out in a little over an hour. The quoted time was 11:05. At 11:10 I was in the road. The team was very professional and quick!"

"Had to replace two tires due to screws that punctured them, Brandon was super helpful in showing me some tires that would work, answered all questions I had. Easily looked up my Discount CC as I didn’t have it on hand. He was also able to show me the fitment of some wheels I am looking to purchase in the near future, I didn’t have an appointment but was in and out within an hour! Will definitely be setting up an appointment for my wheels in the near future!"

"Thank you very much to Discount tire. I had recently taken my girlfriends 4Runner to Mavis for a tire rotation. They stripped out 2 lug nuts and broke the special lug key. Since the lug key was broken they couldn’t complete my tire rotation. I came to Discount Tire and met with Juan. He said they could handle everything and even had extra lug keys in stock. They competed my tire rotation and replaced my damaged lug nuts. Thank you Juan for going the extra mile and fixing another company’s problem. He had great customer service and communication. They also completed everything 30 minutes ahead of schedule."
