"My favorite Publix to shop at. Excellent customer service, always multiple cashiers to expidite your purchases as well as 8 fast moving self service registers. Recently had a small problem and Brandon, (Bakery manager), who was the manager on duty at the time, quickly and promptly resolved the issue, all with a genuine concern! Well done Publix!"
"Visited Miami for a few days. Went into Publix on 12/8/23 to buy a gallon of water and a bag of Xochitl Corn Chips. Was shocked how stale the chips were when I opened it as I eat these chips all the time and never had an issue. Decided to check the expiration date and it was 4/3/23!!! I took pictures to prove it. Cannot believe that a well-known supermarket chain such as Publix would sell 8 month old chips!! Very bad quality control to still have 8 month old chips on the shelves and right in the front of all the chips so customers take that first. Usually I always take from the back but figured I can trust Publix. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST THIS SUPERMARKET!!!"
"I found everything I needed to buy today at Publix. A store that contains some Brazilian products, which is excellent! Many Brazilians live in the region and this makes the supermarket more intimate with our nation. I like it a lot and it makes other people end up returning. The parking lot is on the second floor, going up the ramp over the store. It’s worth it because everything here has a lot of quality. To validate the parking ticket, a machine makes the release in the self-checkout."
"All about getting the fresh fresh from Whole Foods.. but there are some things that just make sense to get at a local grocery store. Having recently relocated to Miami, was my first time at Publix For others who may not be familiar, think of this spot as a Sprouts, Vons or Albertsons.. your go-to grocery store.. that has nearly everything. This location is big too.. brightly lit, well stocked.. self checkout section (though this bit could be bigger with more kiosks..) Prices seem reasonable and they have a loyalty rewards program too"
"If you ever encounter any issue at this location and you see this individual coming your way don’t engage in any explanations or talk about your problem. Just ask for store manager or assistant manager and hopefully you will get a gentleman named Jorge. To help you out with resolving you issue. The individual in the photos is unprofessional and provide poor customer service. Hi is not worthy of any senior position especially in a large corporations like Publix. I was promised by Mr. Jorge, that after reviewing his cameras he will handle the situation accordingly."
