"I had never been to this place before, and as such I did not know how things worked or what was on the menu. I went for my boss who wanted food, when I asked for an Italian sub I didn't realize that there were two, as I said before I've never been here before. Once I realized I made the women making the sandwich aware on which one I wanted and she immediately copped an attitude. It was a older shorter women. Sorry for being a human being and making mistakes. I was nice the whole time, saying "thank you" and "please". I don't understand why I was given attitude, I used to work customer service and I understand it can suck which is why I try to be as nice and understanding. There was abosulty no need for it."

"This is a gem in the Naples/ Bonita Spring area. We live almost 30 miles from Bonita Spring and yet feel compelled to shop here once every couple weeks. The breakfast items are good, sandwich meats are extraordinary. There is a wide range of very tasty cooked foods. When we go we stay for lunch enjoying the delicious deli sandwiches which rivals the best deli sandwiches available in New York City. We only wish there will be a second location closer to where we live in Naples."

"This little Italian gourmet has a lot to offer. The pizza is fantastic, the coffee is great and all the little sweet treats they have as well. They have a lot of unique grocery items but I am docking them a star because the price for their grocery items is outrageously priced. But this day in age I guess that's to be expected? Anyways I would recommend going to try their prepared foods but not so much for grocery items unless cost is not an issue for you."

"Fantastic market. Everything looks so good. Pasta, pizza, fresh sandwiches, bakery, deli and so much more. Awesome outdoor seating also. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommend."
