"So my battery is dying and my alternator needs to be replaced. I came here to ask for testing and to buy both units - a battery and an alternator - likely a $300+ purchase. I arrive at 8:50am. One young guy was serving the only customers in the place. Doing a great job and apologized 3 times it was taking so long and he would help as soon as he could. Another gentleman was taking paperwork back and forth out of the building. He spoke to me and kept walking. At 9am, an employee, a GM, and another manager all walked by me without speaking and proceeded out the front door to enjoy a cigarette break. At 9:10am I walked out the store, past the smokers sitting within 6 feet of the front main entrance, IN SILENCE - no offer to help, no “did you find everything sir?”, not a word. As I sit here in the parking lot, writing this, the young man that was helping their sole customer, ran into the parking lot to try and help me after the other custy’s left. He was apologetic and still tried to serve me. I will never enter this location of Autozone again and I hope SAM or Sammy finds a better place to work where his talents can be utilized! Store #5363"
