I went there with a helix piercing partially closed, it was closed in the front but open in the back, I asked if they could REPIERCE it, and the guy I was taking to said yes so I went ahead and told him that I wanted it, I sit down he tells me he is going to see if he finds the front hole, which he couldn’t so he told me we had to pierce which I didn’t mind. Okey he does the piercing when I stand up to see, he completely change the position of the piercing to something that I did not asked for I just wanted him to repierce it, and when I told him something he had the audacity to tell me that he thought that it looked better there, who tour asking me first, which is a completely disrespectful, because who are you to say what looks good or not, then we said if I didn’t like he would take out and do another one, never said sorry or regretted the fact that he did something that I did not ask for"

"POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!! My Girlfriend called in advance 30 min ago to confirm they were open and if they could do an earring change as she had taken hers out for an MRI and couldn't put it back in. The guy she spoke with on on the phone told her they'd be able to do it for $10 so she went ahead and drove there. When she got there (address listed took her to a wrong shopping plaza btw) they ended up charging her $25! The guy at the front desk wasn't even paying attention to her cause he was too busy being on his phone. Very poor customer service and false advertising of prices!"
