They adjusted the order super fast, covered the price difference and handled it just the way it should be. Customer service is one of those things we don’t see often nowadays. These place has it! "1st Visit UNBELIEVABLE experience at Tacky Jacks!! I had the blackened Alligator Tail bites which were moist and delicious! Also had a bowl of seafood gumbo which was the BEST gumbo I’ve ever had! My wife had the blackened Grouper Platter with fries and hush puppies, so good we shed a tear while we ate the first bite! I usually don’t comment on sides but the fries and hush puppies were delightfully delicious with incredible flavor and a great crunch. All the food was definitely pricey but worth the money!! 2nd visit Crazy good shrimp and grits!! Absolutely delicious and had their amazing hush puppies on the side. Great sauce, tasty grits, super fresh shrimp!"
