"I had a terrible experience with this company. They installed the unit at our home and 18 months later, the unit was not working. A tech came out and diagnosed a leak. Another tech came out to fix the leak but after an hour, said there was no leak. He simply charged the unit with refrigerant and left after charging me for 2 hours of labor. 6 weeks later, the unit was again no longer working because indeed there was a leak, and $800 later, I was where I started. I called another company and within 30 minutes, the leak was identified and the tech came back to fix the leak, which was caused by an issue with a connector. It took about 30 minutes. Save your time and money and do not use this company. They also tried not to honor the coupon they advertise on their website. I had to call and talk to someone for 45 minutes before they finally honored the $50. Really a waste of my time. I am a very disappointed customer. They made the process painful and expensive every step of the way. I called back to see if they would make it right and they defended what they did. If there was no leak, where did the original refrigerant go? I had to call Gator Air to come and actually solve the problem."
