"We had Stellar install two new HVAC systems at our facility and they were able to complete it within a narrow time frame outside of our normal business hours so that our operations were minimally affected. The job was done very neatly and professionally, and at a very reasonable price. In addition, we needed a service call and repair due to a factory defect on one of the systems (not related to the install or any work done by stellar) and they responded same-day, and completed the repair extremely quickly under warranty even though parts were required. We will continue to do business with stellar as they have proven that they not only can get the job done but also stand behind their work 100% and have demonstrated excellent competence and professionalism throughout the entire process. "The guy Carlos was very nice and answered all questions but found out I had to have the thermostat replaced and I didn't have the time To make much of an informed decision. Anyways I went ahead and did it. Honeywell Pro 5000 thermostat was installed and they charge me $340. Took him less than half an hour to install it and now I find out I can get the exact same Honeywell thermostat for a little less than $100. of course I was charged $99 on top of the cost of the thermostat to have them come out for maintenance checking of the unit which I think was a fair charge. anyways the $340 charge is outrageous. Also I was told there is only a one year warranty on the thermostat and we know it's not gonna go bad that fast. They should have a lifetime warranty to come out free to fix it if anything happens for that kind of price! Anyways I'm very unhappy with a $240 charge to install something that took less than half an hour. I called the office before he installed and they made a big deal out of the fact that it's a commercial very high-quality thermostat etc. etc. and that may be true.... but today i find out I can get the exact same thermostat for a little less than $100 (and I'm sure they can get a much better price than that because they buy them in bulk ) so the really big deal was that they gave outlandish charge of $250 for the installation of it. If it weren't for the way over charge I would've given five stars"
