"NICE COMPANY.. We own a rental property in Sarasota Fl. last week we got a call at 10:30 pm from our tenants upset that over half of the house was flooded. The plumber recommended Dcr and those men cleaned up that mess until 2am. Not once didi they complain or whine. They were very professional and knew exactly what to do. The office staff helped us to file our claim and the insurance company seemed to work well with them. Considering our situation DCR, especially their staff were nice to deal with.
