"Michelle cleaned well. Until she didn’t clean at all. Renters called me and said the house had not been cleaned, along with photos to prove it. I am a long distance owner so depended on the cleaning schedule she had approved. When I reported this to her she said she “ totally forgot” and would go the next day. I refunded a days rent to the tenants for their inconvenience and hoped they would not post a bad review with the rental company.she then sent me a bill for full price, which I was shocked to receive! The days rent was fir more than her bill... but she didn’t even offer to help defray the loss!( and complained that she even had to “ clean around the renters things”!( her fault!)"
