"I love the guys at Graves plumbing! Patrick and Matt really know what they're doing, are professional, and work well with you and each other! I will always recommend them and trust them with my house! I took one star off because whoever the lady is working in the front office needs to be replaced. She never answers the phone and does not return calls. The only times she has answered the phone for me (twice) is conveniently when I'm leaving a message about paying a bill! It took me weeks to set up my first appointment, and I only got my second one within a week because I contacted the guys directly. Maybe I am being unfair, and she is just overworked, and they need to hire extra office help because she clearly has too much on her plate. Even so, the guys are well worth the headache of getting the appointment! Be persistent and patient, they are a busy group."
