"I scheduled an inspection last week Tuesday for a mold test between 9-12pm. My wife was home missing work to meet the technician at our home because we have mold and need to have it inspected asap. I was not given a single call all day Tuesday . It wasn’t until I reached out to Service Master at 11:55am to be told they were not coming. Iasked do you normally just not show up for scheduled appointments and he kept repeating we were going to call. I work in the residential industry and understand things happen , but when your in the wrong and still trying to justify your actions which calling outside of the scheduled window IS NOT THR RIGHT TIME TO CALL THE CUSTOMER FYI. I work in the home service industry and with that type of customer service you are not retaining your customers. He had no answers for me and repeatedly acted as if I was in the wrong for not getting a courtesy call before the time frame of the inspection. He told me he would call me back on Friday to reschedule. Friday came around and I never received a call until again today where I called and now he is telling me that he cannot give me a date or time of when they can come to our home. I expected a lot more coming from Service Master being that I have been in there corporate offices through my previous employment. It’s saddening the disregard for customer service and the I don’t care attitude coming from the representative I spoke with. I will not entrust this company to do any work for myself and my family starting of on that bad of a foot."

"This company is recently under new management. I called them to take care of some emergency cleaning I needed at my moms home and they were there within the hour. They took care of everything promptly and professionally, would definitely recommend them again."

"NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, I called service master that handles the Leesburg, fl area twice, granted the 1st time I called it was close to 5:00 PM but still before I wanted to get an estimate and set up an appointment for a clean but seeing it was close to 5 I told the gentleman that answered the pone that it would be alright to call me in the morning, he assured me he or a technician would. I waited 2 days and called Wednesday 10/12/2018 and spoke to the receptionist that answers the phone. I told her that I had not gotten a call returned to me from my 1st request, she said she was sorry and that I would be sure to get e a call post haste, NO CALL so this morning I called and told them that their customer service is poor and this is not a way to increase customer presence and traffic. I also told him I would not be using their service, hence the review."
