"This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. I had a water emergency in my apartment on 2/1. The technician came out on 2/2 to do the water extraction. He stated he would be back in two days to get the equipment that was left to complete the drying process including four fans and a big dehumidifier, and my carpet ripped up so we waited at home for him to come back. It is now two weeks later and the equipment is still in my apartment. After four phone calls with promised calls back (never received a call back) the only response we can get is we will let the technician know. We are now on two weeks that my daughter has not had access to her room. I wish there was less than one star because this company does not even deserve one star please do not use this company if you want anything done in a timely manner."

"call and make an appointment two week in advance to get my tile and grout clean and also call to confirmed my appointment the day before. My appointment was for May 25 between 8am to 10am. I wait all day and still no one call or even show up. This company is very very unprofessional. I will never use or call the again."
"It was easy to schedule and they were right on time at the beginning of their arrival window. The carpet hasnt been cleaned in 7 years, and areas looked grey and disgusting. Now it looks great, smells great, and they even repaired an area with water damage that needed new tackstripping. Junior, the tech was very nice and did a good job."
