"Staff goes home before 12 on Fridays so don’t bother. So glad Google isn’t updated on their hours. Brite Wash is much less expensive and they don’t go home early. Super happy with my interaction with them. They’ll get a great review! Renee, the owner and her friend, Arley did an amazing job! It’s not my wedding. I just asked for help. You obviously don’t listen. And your customer service is awful so I’m glad I didn’t waste my money. When hours say till 6 and you send your people home at noon, that isn’t a good business tactic. I got it done so I think I did quite well. Lol"

If they charge more than who you use, I would highly suggest using them at least once to see the difference. There was once I had a buttong missing that I hadn't noticed and they fixed it. Best dry cleaners in Polk County for a reason. Thank you Southside guys and gals!"

"Left a hat that had a stain to be cleaned, the tag said dry clean only. The lady who accepted my hat said she wasn’t sure if they would be able to get out the ink stain. Returned to pick up and the hat is in worse shape than when I dropped it off and I had to pay for it. I would not recommend this business and I will not be returning."
