"I scheduled a cleaning for my moms house on Feb 7th at 11. They said they would confirm the day before the appointment to make sure it was supposed to happen, which they didn’t (I had to call and make sure we were still on). They said the 11am appointment was booked now and they’d have to come around 3. They arrived and cleaned half the house and left around 6. I received an email from the owner with an invoice for $300, and a note stating that they didn’t have the time needed to finish the rest of the house. Then she proceeded to tell me coming back to finish the house would have an additional charge! (Pretty sure an extra 4 hours would’ve solved that)! Don’t waste time or money with them, they clearly don’t have a good back office to keep appointments nor do they care about their customers"
