"Extremely dissatisfied with their cleaning services. They charged me $550 for the deep cleaning and told me it’s because she will bring 5-6 people. When she arrived it was a total of 2 people. I don’t like companies that bait and switch it advertise for a service and they don’t provide it. Extremely disappointed in her. When I talked to Sophie about it she said that’s not true and she never said that. She cleaned my friends house with 5 people and when I asked her about it she won’t admit it and says she didn’t. It’s hard to find trustworthy and honest people."
