"Very professional, friendly company. Since there were insurance issues, I chose to self-pay. Adam helped to work with me to keep the cost reasonable. The crew, led by Yoandi, (project mgr.?) were skilled and efficient. With the commercial equipment used, they did well to mitigate any mold issues and dry the carpet and underlying pad. Kept the damaged area in the living room walled off with plastic sheeting and cardboard to protect the brand new carpeting. From the owner, Cindy, her son Adam, Yoandi and his crew, to Evie, the office manager, I extend a big thank you!"

"My last review some how disappeared so I am going to repost my personal opinion of this business. All I will say is if you hire this company, please be sure to verify that all the items that they put on the estimate they give you are completed. I hired them after hurricane Michael in 2018 and I will just say that I was not pleased at all with how well they completed the tasks they listed on the estimate. So once again, just be sure to bounce the estimate against what they actually complete."

"In my office the ac pan in the attic was knocked over and a considerable amount of water came thru the ceiling tiles and all over the walls and floor. We cleaned up what we could, called SERVPRO of East Davie/Cooper City. They were very responsive, came right out, and set up fans and dehumidifies right away.
