"A place not recommended. The customer service is horrible. The man who handed me did it with a bad attitude and a mask. At the time of removing my parts, there were 5 minutes left to close. Even so, he closed the door on my face. I thought I had an emergency and I would open up again, but it wasn't like that, he left me standing at the door like a fool and without giving me an explanation. When he left, he took off his mask, he made offensive gestures and left without giving me an explanation. I had never been treated this way anywhere."

"Brought in my coat to get dry cleaned and got it back destroyed. Honestly I don’t even understand how it could’ve got so ruined in the cleaning process but it’s destroyed. The seams on the sleeves and collar are completely torn off and separated as well as the lining and the bottom of the coat. I’m really upset since this coat was very special to me, I took it to professionals and trusted that it would be properly cleaned and instead it’s destroyed hanging by a thread. I don’t even think it’s fixable at this point it’s so bad. On top of that how are you gunna let someone pick it up and take home without saying a word about the damage??? I’ve never written a bad review in my life but this was so bad I had to. Like seriously so upset man"
