"They are completely unprofessional, they were hired to do a construction deep clean as we just had our tile replaced, and there’s a lot of dust… We understand if dust settles, but there were so many areas that have not even been touched not to mention one of the members was watching YouTube while cleaning. I had to ask repeatedly to clean areas where they claimed they already cleaned. Spoke to owners Scott and Deena and was told good luck and nice doing business with you in a sarcastic manner. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM"
"Hired this company from a request put through Angie’s list looking for a deep house clean after new floors were laid. Spoke to the one of the owners on the phone about the scope of the job. We have no furniture, two vanities not installed yet, no baseboards and the floor had already been deep cleaned previously. After spending 6.5 hours at our house with 3 men with no organization, one guy watching you tube and taking photos of “work” he had completed. The Company left early saying they had completed the job checking everything off the list! See below photos of blinds not even dusted, shower heads and showers not cleaned, front door inside not cleaned. Windows, mirrors were left streaky, broke my curtains, not one door was dusted, lights not dusted and floors were left with dirt in corners! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional."
