"Whether via email or voicemail, the office responds to inquiries in a timely matter. The cleaning is very good and efficient and the price is extremely fair. I previously used another company 2 yrs ago after being laid up post surgery and chose to keep them biweekly, once I recovered. The price, I felt was a bit high considering the space and the fact my home is very clutter free, but other companies quoted me more over the phone. The cleaning started off good, but once they changed the cleaner, it went downhill. The floors had streaks as a glass coffee table and on the “off” weeks, when I cleaned, I noticed the extremely small bathrooms (2), had build up of grime, soap, etc. Carvhalo’s does an excellent job, highly recommend!"
