"Matthew Kramer, CEO of Healthy Home, was excellent!! He and his company had been recommended by a trusted colleague and thus I invited Mr. Kramer to clean my dryer vents. He was reliable, extremely nice, efficient, and expert in his field. His process is extremely thorough. He discusses the situation, goes up on the roof to assess the air flow prior to cleaning, takes pictures, reports back on his findings, and then begins the cleaning process. "Matt just cleaned our drier vent today. He returned our phone calls promptly and let us know when he was just a few minutes away and arrived on time. He was efficient and well organized. Left our laundry spotless and the machines back in place. He didn't mind me asking him all kinds of questions and watching him work. We had a leak on our flex pipe from the dryer to the outside vent pipe connection. It so happens as clean as our pipe to the roof was, the vent on the roof was 90% or more clogged up. He cleaned the vent pipe all the way to the roof vent and went on the roof before and after and cleaned out the clogged vent on the roof. He gave us a warranty on the job. He also took photos of before and after and showed us the photos and the Btmeter ( CFM ) readings before and after. The air flow improved by 2.5 times. I strongly recommend him."
