"I was charged almost double sue to their invoice error and it took days and days of calls emails photos & complaining to get reimbursed. Charged $440 instead of $250. Never again."

"They used to be good but this year they absolutely are the worst. On three different occasions my clothes have been permanently discolored because they failed to separate colors from whites. Trying to get them to own their mistakes and reimburse you for the damages is quite impossible. Save yourself the headache and use someone else"

"Customer service is deplorable. They washed my Nike Air Jordan sweatshirt with Navy Blues turning it into a horrible shade of off white and Grey. My pink Ralph Lauren sheets also got turned into a nasty Gray because they were also washed with a blue towel. My off white towels were are also now blackish. When I called customer service they asked for a picture.... When it came time to reimburse me, they insisted on seeing the actual clothes in person. Are you serious? They also were going to give me $25 for two items when everything that was ruined came to over $250 They simply don't care, and they are not accountable for their mistakes, Absolutely horrible experience because they lack the ability to effectively correct their own mistakes. Laundry service is supposed to reduce the stress in your life and all they do is amplify it."
