"As a resident in my HOA community, I have had two disappointing encounters with Sunshine Pressure Washing. Most recently, their services resulted in damage to my front door mat, which was clearly bleached and ruined during their cleaning process, necessitating this review. Efforts to resolve this matter with Sunshine Pressure Washing were met with a frustrating lack of accountability. Initially, they offered a nominal $10 compensation for a mat valued at $45. Later, they completely retracted this offer and denied any responsibility. This response was not only inadequate but also reflected a disturbing disregard for customer satisfaction and business ethics. What compounded the frustration was the difficulty in getting a response from them. It took several attempts just to engage in a dialogue, and when I finally did, they denied that I had even reached out, despite me providing evidence from my phone carrier's call logs. This situation has emphasized the importance of accountability and professional integrity in business dealings. Sunshine Pressure Washing's unwillingness to acknowledge and rectify their mistake is a significant concern. Their approach to customer service, characterized by evasion and denial, raises questions about their overall reliability and respect for customers. I write this review to caution potential customers. When engaging with a service provider, trust and responsibility are paramount. Unfortunately, my experience with Sunshine Pressure Washing was a stark reminder of what happens when these values are absent. I urge others to consider these aspects seriously when deciding on a pressure washing service."

"I have been using them for years and they always do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Aimee is always responsive and professional and Bryan does outstanding work! My driveway and patio pavers were so dull and now they look like new with a great high gloss finish!"

"First we will start with the initial call! Spoke with Amy and she was very helpful setting my appointment and the time window that would worked for me! She was pleasant and professional and answered all my questions on a timely manner by phone and by text! I give her an A plus! Also the two technicians were fabulous from start to finish! Arrived on time today. 3/19/21 very polite and you can see they really took the time to do the job right! I give Gregg & Lynne an A plus too! Definitely worth every penny! My roof that was dirty and had green algae is all gone and it’s nice and clean! They also did my dirty driveway which looks fabulous! I highly recommend them! I told my neighbors and they booked them for 3/29/21! Thanks again for the great service Sunshine Pressure Washing! I will spread the word and use you again!!!!"
