"this place pressures GRIEVING people into spending exorbitant amounts of money on after death cleaning services by saying things like "you may not be able to sell the home if it isn't certified cleaned" when, in fact, there is NO SUCH THING and there are much more professional and affordable options. In fact, Chapter 689 section 25 in FL state statutes says, "you do not have to disclose a death in the home before selling it. No matter the cause, including homicide and suicide." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. if they actually cared about people, they wouldn't use heavy sells tactics on grieving people."
