"Our cleaners spent 2.5 hours going through the motions very slowly. When they left, I still had crumbs near my stove, multiple tables left un-wiped, counters not wiped, trash not taken out, trash still on counters, one of the cleaners asked if wanted her to fix my patio cushions as they were blown off from the previous day… she only put cushions back on half of the furniture… they left microfiber towels all around my home. At one point during the cleaning I asked how far along they were because one cleaner started in the kitchen then disappeared. She then told me that she’s going to now “start going faster”. What was she doing to begin with? Who ever the manager was that came and checked behind them signed off on this for some reason after I told him the situation and was extremely defensive after asking what my cleaning should entail. I don’t believe in the time based payment method they have for this reason. We’ve called corporate and haven’t gotten a response, and have charged my card for $300 without a resolution. First and last time using this company. Horrible experience. I would not recommend."
