"Very nice people and have been before . For the first time , my 24 year old went to get a simple maxi dress altered . They told her the price and she didn’t know any better but I was sadly disappointed that it was around $69 for a simple alteration of the length of a simple dress . Won’t be using them anymore . I could understand if she needed a lot of work done . She is shorter and all that was needed was a shortening . Sadly sick of being ripped off !"

"I had a simple tailor need of adding a button hole to an item. I dropped off my item on a Monday morning and was told my item would be ready on Saturday l. When I arrived my item wasn’t ready and wasn’t in the store, (an employee had taken the item home since the button machine was broken) and I would need to come back later once the employee came to work. I understand things happen, but great customer service would be to call your customer to say their item would be ready late on Saturday. What I find most bothersome, when I expressed my disappointment for not receiving a phone call to let me know my item would be late Saturday after having it for 5 days was to say, “things happen and we are a big operation and you just have to deal with it.” Yes that is what I was told, and yes I will deal with it by taking my business elsewhere."

"Incredible speed and efficiency, the owner and staff have a wonderful demeanor and attitude that surpasses their incredible work ethic. Was in and out after being fitted and pants tailored in minutes. I won't be going anywhere else."

"Well I lived in several states and had had clothes dry cleaned in oh so many more. This business is the finest of them all. When this couple retires what a loss it will be for the community. Please don't do it anytime soon. Countryside offers next day service. The owners could not be nicer. They take care of each order. This has been my experience. I brought a vacation house four years ago in Dunedin. I used Countryside the first time I was here. Two years after was the pandemic and I forgot their name. When I decided to move to Florida permanently in retirement I used a dry cleaner in Dunedin. My clothes took four days to be done and I thought they could have done a better job. I couldn't find Countryside. One day driving I saw the Countryside car in their parking lot. I found them again! I had been googling Dunedin and not Clearwater. Countryside got out stains the other cleaner could not. Reasonable prices as well. Very happy with them."
