The customer service rep was knowledgeable and clear about the services and estimate. They were able to schedule my job quickly. Communication was great--reminder of the appointment, updates for the arrival. The technician, Todd walked with me through the house for the final estimate, noticed some problem areas I had missed. He was courteous, friendly and professional. I have many maintenance upkeep projects and have experienced problems with finding companies that will work with me without a bunch of run around. It was a pleasure to work with this company and it will be my first call when I need carpet cleaning again."

Even though I was on the third floor apartment, they were done in an hour! Extra bonus thank you to them for helping me move my fridge & unplug it as I was moving out of my apartment and couldn’t move it myself.
