On the Spot Dry Cleaning

"When I arrived at On the Spot Dry Cleaning on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 7:30 a.m., I was informed by the employee at the counter that my 5 shirts to be routinely laundered and 1 pair of pants that needed dry-cleaned, would be ready on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 6 p.m. (4 business days later). When I questioned why it would take 4 business days for routine cleaning, the employee at the counter reached out to a member of leadership. On the telephone, the leader argued that it was still only 3 business business days. I explained to her that Thursday was 32 (8 hours x 4 days) business hours. No concession, no understanding, and a complete inability to see the facts and understand the customer's perspective. There are other dry cleaning merchants in our community that provide NEXT DAY SERVICE and would actually appreciate the business."

"Reasonable pricing for the two jackets I had done but would have been nice to know about how much to expect when I dropped them off. Items were ready in 2 business days and looked very clean. One of the new front buttons I sewed on my suit got a little scuffed but I don’t think that’s really their fault. I figure it just happens sometimes in the washing process."

"Terrible service. Dropped off wife's dress on a Monday was told that dress would be ready by Thursday. Went to pick it up but dress was not ready. Said they were working on a stain. Funny thing is that the dress was brand new and never worn. So what's the real reason?. Incompetence I guess. Will NEVER use them again even if it's free. Would pay 100 bucks for someone else to do the job as promised"

"I second the other reviewer who mentioned rude service. Go to another location, the short brunette with a constant scowl on her face is defensive and acts like you're interrupting them instead of being welcoming, she actually did interrupt me when i was saying something."
