"I was referred to this company by another business owner, because I was moving to a new location and needed to have my old office cleaned so I can receive my deposit back. First all of the customer service was awesome and they were on time. "I had Natural Touch for the first time yesterday. Samantha and Liz showed up right on time. I was having a deep clean. Those young ladies are the bomb. The sweetest and nicest. Got to work promptly. Sam was aware of the items I had discussed with Shayann the week before which made me feel good to know they communicated to each other. Did a fabulous job. I will definitely have them back. "I called to set up an appointment with Samantha for Friday, at 10:00 am for a deep cleaning prior to me moving in. Samantha at the time, was very helpful in setting the appointment, at least unthought that at the time. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment no one showed at the appointment time of 10:00 am. So at 11:00 am (giving them time to make it through traffic), I called to find out what happened. It turns out, Samantha never scheduled my service in the computer and they had no record of the appointment. The lady (not sure the name) said that she will try to accommodate me as she recognized that it was an error on their side. She informed me that she will work on getting someone to my house and "will call me back shortly." Guess what ... I never heard from anyone. I even called around 2:00 pm and left a message thinking maybe I can give them the benefit of the doubt and schedule an appointment for the next day. But nope! The did not answer, they never called back. This company has poor customer service and is non-responsive. I will not recommend this cleaning company to anyone."
